Joint mpya hapa Town ambayo inategemewa ku-break the Internet baada ya Mbunge na Msanii Professor J kufanya Collabo na Msanii wa Singeli Sholo Mwamba na kufunika kwa kiwango cha Juu,
Usanii kazi!!!
Enjoy!!
Just a few hours ago, Kanye West presented his shocking “Famous” video to a live audience in Los Angeles and around the world via TIDAL stream.
The bizarre video features naked wax dolls of George W. Bush, Donald Trump, Anna Wintour, Rihanna (who sings the hook for the track), Chris Brown, Kim Kardashian, Ray J, Amber Rose, Caitlyn Jenner, Bill Cosby, Taylor Swift and Kanye West all laying naked in bed in a modern recreation of Vincent Desiderio’s Sleeppainting from 2008.
A far cry from stereotypical hip-hop videos, the work continues Mr. West’s penchant for pushing the genre’s visual boundaries. At the same time, it’s left many people wondering what it all means and whether or not it’s just another stunt to keep his name in headlines around the world.
To help give some clarification and to coincide with the launch of the video, Vanity Fair published an interview with Kanye where he offered up some of his own thoughts on the piece. Although some revealing quotes are seen throughout, Reddit’s HipHopHeads community was quick to jump on the discussion, offering up their best guesses on the “Famous” video’s meaning across a few threads in a more palatable way.
Here are some of the best and most plausible theories:
“Actual thoughts on music video: Kanye picked out some controversial famous people that he’s either worked with or have been associated with in the past. He picked out a wide spectrum of people, probably because there’s no person who likes everyone in the video. The video itself is really uncomfortable, because it mirrors how the media/world is super obsessed with these famous people, almost in a serial killer kind of way. Even when these famous people are really vulnerable (sleeping and naked), we still keep looking at them. At the end though, he thanks them for being famous and kind of having to put up with being famous. There’s a redeeming/clear shot at the end of the whole painting. Reminds me that these people have still put in a lot of work and that there are people who look up to them nonetheless, and how everything might look good on the outside, but we don’t have a clear picture of how it actually is. Kanye breaks the 4th wall at the end by looking at the screen, kind of saying “I know””

“Amazing. Kanye is a genius. The message here is insane. Notice how they’re all controversial figures that all have a relation to Kanye and played a role in his public life. George Bush, Bill Cosby, Taylor, Amber, Ray J, Trump, Kim, Caitlyn, Chris Brown. All famous people that the media has reported about whenever an incident with Kanye happened
The cut up clips of Kanye saying “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” and the GOAT Zane Lowe interview were fantastic.
And then you get the “For being famous” which leads right into the Famous outro, with a zoom out in clear quality of everyone together. That part is stunning.
They’re all enslaved by fame.”

“The idea that each and every celebrity, like trump and caitlyn jenner, just go to sleep at night. With all the chaos that they ensue, and that’s around them, they just lay there for a few minutes until they finally drift asleep. Every night, they have to for at least 7 hours.
It’s an interesting point of view.”
 mrbelcher7
“oh, you didn’t know? Kanye is revolutionizing the game once again. he’s drawing influence from European nobility in an attempt to simultaneously draw light from historically fevered celebrity lime-light aura and use the camera as a mirror from which the lens shines back on the viewer. If You ask me, this is his best work and many here will agree.
The heavy handedness is assuredly a deliberate ploy due to the restricted time nature of the medium. Note how the occupants of the bed are placed based on proximity of relationship rather than traditional eneumeration — some measure of popularity, time, or any other easily quantifiable measure. Ye is placed in the center because he is the creator and this is his universe.
Kim is placed to his left, a tip of his cap to the idea that male bravado is complex and rooted in latent insecurity; you see, she is not his right hand woman. The mother of his children being placed to the left, surely you can agree, is a powerful statement. Compound that groundbreaking expression with the fact that Taylor Swift lies to his right. It, in essence, communicates the idea that the woman who torments him, that he is in competition with, the one he outwardly shuns in many ways, is the relationship his subconscious finds most reliable and worthy of attention.
Time is taken to hover over the (what are at first glance) corporeal inanimates. But add the sound of snoring and a different discourse is borne. Of course, the gravitas in this moment comes from the juxtaposition of what can be noted as physical proof of life, while no real conscious “living” action is being represented. The viewer is called to question, what, exactly, is life? What does it mean to truly live one’s life? Yes, truly masterful indeed.”
 twistd_mister
“Going along with your point on the uncomfortable feeling of the video, I feel like this gives us a feeling to how these famous people must feel. The awkward, weird, questioning feeling you get from watching this video must be a feeling that these celebrities have all the time, knowing that their every move is constantly being judged and critized by the media and fans.”
 BubleSchwinslow
“I feel like there was a main theme of questioning what is real and what is manipulated by famous people. If you imagine a reality where all those people are actually sleeping naked together, you start to question everything you thought you knew. Add to that the question of whether or not the bodies in the video are real, plus what parts of the real people are “real” (tattoos, piercings, butt implants, gender reassignments, etc.). There are really so many levels to this piece. I’m really impressed.”
 TheBestRapperAlive
“Kanye is the most famous artist in the world at the moment. An artist’s job is not to make you feel any particular feeling, his job is to just make you feel. And damn it Kanye outdid himself with this shit. People are gonna be talking about this decades from now. Regardless of whether it’s good or bad.”

Business as usual is no longer usual the market has shifted and leadership now focuses more on “who leaders are” rather than “what they do” and so managing your Personal Brand needs to be a part of your marketing strategy to turn your click into an audience, community, tribe, followers, friends, favourites, likes and ratings so business just got personal…
What can people come to expect from a conversation, a blog post, a client or a co-worker as they learn what you’re all about?
Is your message congruent with you to inspire, convince, persuade and explain?

Your personal brand has many layers, each with a voice, style and ideas and so uncovering these layers will help you to identify those aspects of you (or at least the ones you’re willing to put out there).
What are your core values and personality traits? (A hint about the difference: A core value might be “trust” while a personality trait might be “quirky.”)
By identifying aspects of your very own personality, allows you to share them in context but knowing which ones you have is the question and it’s okay if some of these personalities are aspirational. (The person you aim to become).
Find the common threads in your stories, and how they remain the same even as other aspects of your personality change and evolve, BUT what doesn’t change for you? (There maybe overlaps).
Find a distinct pattern: one or two of your personalities may inspire and attract dream customers and maybe one or two reassure and delivers once the dream customer is interacting with you, or maybe one of your personalities is just about you – the reason you do the work that you do?
Which are the outward-facing aspects that would attract friends, readers, significant others, and potentially customers to you?
It’s time to let your personalities have their say. Every time you share content (That’s your blog posts, newsletters, reports, photos, tweets, and videos), think about which part of your personality you are highlighting – and what you want that content to do (attract / inspire or reassure / deliver).
Your personal brand is not set in stone, so it should flex and evolve with you. You will see how it all unfolds and connects over time, and if anything, just feel confident in the fact that what these personalities have in common is that they’re all at your table!! There is only one you and we are all complex so embrace who you are.
A personal brand is how you express yourself, it’s your internal self, your voice, perspective, ideas the way you express yourself through fashion, speech, art, and work – it’s really about connecting to your higher purpose and connecting to other people. Fashion and style is just the accessories that add to the outer packaging that further reinforces your authentic self.
Mentoring can be a transformative experience. Individuals develop work and life skills, businesses grow and families come closer together. But, these results are not exclusive to the mentee. Mentors also find deeper insights on life and leadership by embracing the role.
With the recent surge of interest in mentoring, particularly in business and among executives, there is an endless collection of articles, books and websites on the value of mentoring and how to be a mentor. But what makes a great mentor? YPO members (and mentors) share three fundamentals for mentoring success:
  • CREATE A SAFE SPACE
“As with all partnerships, mentoring only succeeds if both parties work at it, but it helps if the mentor makes it easy for the mentee to drive the process and achieve objectives,” offers Gerhard Van Der Horst, a member of the YPO Cape Town Chapter. “The best mentors learn to listen, assist the mentees to think for themselves and create the space for this to happen.”
Being an open, vulnerable and adaptive mentor lends itself to creating an environment of trust and security where the mentee can freely express and reflect. Creating a safe haven is key to a fruitful mentoring relationship.
  • LISTEN CONSCIOUSLY
“Conscious listening creates understanding,” says sound and listening expert Julian Treasure in his “Five Ways to Listen Better” TED Talk. This is a crucial part of effective mentoring — to really listen and understand.
Treasure’s guide to conscious listening includes the acronym RASA (the Sanskrit word for essence) — receives, appreciate, summarize, and ask— which echoes YPO forum protocol’s active listening model.
“A great mentor takes the time to learn about the mentee’s desires, skills and shortcomings to better help the mentee chart a path for success,” says Suzanne McKechnie Klahr, a member of the YPO Northern California Chapter.
“Mentorship is a one-on-one deeper forum experience where the shared experiences are the keys to a higher level of self-awareness,” reflects Themba Baloyi, a member of the YPO Pretoria Chapter.
“Developing active listening skills through a mentorship journey becomes a powerful force for personal change.” Richard Day, a member of the Cape Town Chapter and a mentor in the YPO Mentoring Program, explains that active listening and clarifying questions build strong relationships. “Asking the right questions helps to focus on the real issues,” Day says. “A mentor needs to try and separate the noise from the key issues.“
YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) is a not-for-profit, global network of young chief executives connected through the shared mission of becoming Better Leaders Through Education and Idea Exchange

Plans for the construction of a 2,190-kilometre central railway line to standard gauge form are now up for implementation as Chinese Exim Bank has agreed to give a soft loan of 7.6 US dollars (about 16 trillion/-) to finance the project.
According to a statement issued by the State House, the amount is enough to cover construction of 2,190 kilometres. The project is expected to start this financial year as the government has also set aside about 1tri/- from the current budget for the purpose.
Once completed, it is expected that the project will revolutionise Tanzania’s economy and other countries in Eastern and Central Africa including Burundi, Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The first phase will constitute the construction of the railway line from Dar es Salaam to Mwanza via Isaka and Tabora.
Exim Bank gave a nod over financing the construction after its president, Mr Liu Liang, met President John Magufuli at the State Lodge in Dodoma
Mr Liu said apart from the funds, the bank would cooperate with Tanzania in exchanging experience and skills on the construction of the railway and its management. Mercedes-Benz has revealed its self-driving ‘future bus’ which it says will be the local public transport of the future. The bus runs without the need for a driver.
It uses Daimler’s City Pilot technology which includes 10 cameras and long and short-range radar systems which help the bus to find its position on the road, and interact with its surroundings.
The City Pilot technology integrates the bus with the city’s traffic light systems network and has an automatic braking system.
The bus will be divided into three zones – a ‘service zone’ at the front, an ‘express zone’ in the middle for passengers travelling short distances, and a ‘lounge zone’ at the back for those staying on for a longer stay.
The bus has been tested on a 12 mile (20 km) route through Amsterdam in the Netherlands, where it performed without any problems – although there was a driver in place in case of emergency.

As natural disasters, terrorism, robberies and massacres made our planet a hell, everyone are in the urge to settle down in one of the safest places. But unfortunately when it comes to preparing a list of top 10 safest countries in the world, it becomes extremely hard to find such countries that satisfy all the criteria an individual has in mind.
So now, how would you picture a safest country? Is that the one which has
  • Low crime rate?
  • No natural disaster?
  • Low corruption?
  • Immunity to economical crisis?
  • Or is it fast solving cases?
It is nothing wrong, if you expect all the above factors from the typical countries that are entitled as “The safest countries in the world”. While the increasing high prevalent crimes make all of us lose hope on finding such countries, strict laws, culture and few good qualities continue to make few countries as perfect places to live, raise kids and happily retire. You are right ! We have exceptions in everything. That’s the universal law.
