Ni imani yangu kwamba uko vizuri na unaendelea kuweka juhudi ili kuweza kufikia malengo yako uliyojiwekea kwa mwaka huu. Hili ndilo jambo la msingi sana kwako kufanya, endelea kuweka juhudi na hakuna kitakachoweza kukuzuia wewe kupata kile unachotaka.
Kuna kitu kimoja muhimu sana ambacho watu wengi huwa hawakielewi mapema. Kwa kushindwa kuelewa kitu hiki watu wamekuwa wanajikuta wakihangaika na mambo ambayo hayawezi kuwafikisha kule wanakotaka kufika. Kitu hiki ni chanzo kikuu cha mabadiliko kwenye maisha. Unafikiri mabadiliko ya kweli kwenye maisha yako yanatoka wapi? Yanatoka ndani yako au nje yako? umewahi kufikiria kwamba kama watu wangekuelewa basi ungefikia mafanikio? Au kufikiria kama mwajiri wako angekuwa mwelewa basi ungefika unakotaka? Kama na wewe umeshawahi kufikiria kama hivyo unajipoteza njia.

Watu wengi wamekuwa wakifikiri kwamba mabadiliko kwenye maisha yao yatakuja pale ambapo mazingira yao yatakapobadilika. Pale mwajiri, wateja, ndugu na hata uchumi utakapokuwa vizuri basi na wao watakuwa vizuri. Lakini ukweli ni kwamba hakuna mtu mwenye nguvu yoyote ya kubadili vitu hivi vya nje. Badala yake kila mmoja wetu ana nguvu ya kuibadili yeye mwenyewe. Hivyo mabadiliko ya kweli kwenye maisha yanaanza na mtu mwenyewe. Yanaanzia pale mtu anapojua ya kwamba anataka kubadili maisha yake na anachukua hatua kwa kuanzia ndani yake. Hata kama mazingira ya nje ni magumu kiasi gani, nia ya mabadiliko ikishaanzia ndani, hakuna kinachoweza kuizuia.

Leo tunakwenda kuangalia mazungumzo muhimu sana yanayoweza kubadili maisha yako kabisa. Wote tunajua nguvu ya mazungumzo mbalimbali ambayo tumekuwa tunafanya kwenye maisha yako. Unaweza kuomba ushauri na katika mazungumzo hayo ya ushauri ukajifunza mambo mengi sana. Unaweza kuhudhuria semina na kupitia mazungumzo hayo ya semina ukajifunza mengi na kuweza kubadili maisha yako. Lakini haya yote ni mazungumzo ya nje, ambayo nguvu yake haiwezi kufikia mazungumzo tutakayokwenda kuyajadili leo kupitia makala hii.
Mazungumzo muhimu yanayoweza kubadili maisha yako ni yale mazungumzo yako ya ndani. Yale mazungumzo unayofanya na wewe mwenyewe ni mazungumzo ambayo yana nguvu kubwa sana kwenye maisha yako.
Kabla hatujaenda mbele kwanza tukubaliane jambo hili moja muhimu, kila mtu ana mazungumzo na nafsi yake. Na siyo lazima yawe mazungumzo ambayo unaongea kwa sauti, bali katika mawazo yako kunakuwa na mazungumzo yanayoendelea mara zote. Wakati mwingine kunakuwa na ubishi mkali sana hasa pale unapohitaji kufanya maamuzi.
Kuna kauli ambazo umekua unajiambia wewe mwenyewe mara kwa mara. Kauli hizi inawezekana umezibeba kutoka kwenye jamii au ndivyo ulivyozoea kwenye maisha yako. Kauli hizi zina nguvu kubwa ya kubadili maisha yako au kuzuia mabadiliko kwenye maisha yako. Unaweza kuweka mipango mikubwa na mizuri sana, lakini kabla hujafika mbali mazungumzo kwenye mawazo yako yanaanza. Una uhakika utaweza? Umeshashindwa mengi kwa nini hili huwezi? Acha kujidanganya, huwezi kufikia hilo unalotaka. Kauli hizi zinaendelea hivi hatimaye unashindwa kabisa kuchukua hatua.
Wanasaikolojia wanasema ya kwamba sehemu kubwa ya kauli tunazojiambia sisi wenyewe ni kauli hasi. Ni kauli za kukatisha tamaa au kujiona kwamba huwezi au haiwezekani. Kwa jambo lolote ambalo mtu atataka kufanya, ni lazima mazungumzo haya, ambayo yapo upande hasi yataingia kwenye mawazo yake. Na kama mtu hajui jinsi ya kudhibiti mazungumzo yake, hawezi kuchukua hatua.

Jinsi ya kutumia mazungumzo haya vizuri.
Kwa kuwa mazungumzo haya unayofanya na nafsi yako ndiyo mazungumzo yenye nguvu kubwa kwenye maisha yako, na kwa kuwa mara nyingi mazungumzo tunayofanya na nafsi zetu ni hasi, tunahitaji kuwa na njia bora ya kuhakikisha tunatumia mazungumzo haya kwa faida yetu. Hapa tutaangalia njia za kuweza kutumia mazungumzo haya kukuwezesha kufika popote unapotaka kufika.

Kuwa na mazungumzo chanya muda wote.
Huu ndio msingi wa kuweza kudhibiti mazungumzo yako na kuyatumia kukufikisha unakotaka kufika. Unahitaji kutengeneza mazungumzo chanya muda wote. Kuwa chanya kwa kufikiria upande chanya wa mambo yote unayokutana nayo au unayokwenda kufanya. Changamoto ya kuwa chanya ni kwamba kwa jamii tunazoishi, hili ni jambo gumu kuweza kufikia. Tumezungukwa na watu wengi ambao ni hasi na kila kitu kinachotokea kinapewa tafsiri hasi. Hivyo akili zetu zimeshajijenga kwenye msingi wa hasi. Unahitaji kujiondoa kwenye hali hii haraka sana kwa kuangalia upande chanya wa jambo lolote. Katika kila jambo linalotokea au unalotaka kufanya, angalia upande chanya wa jambo hilo. Badala ya kufikiria kwa nini ni baya au haiwezekani, jilazimishe kufikiria kwa nini ni zuri au inawezekana. Kwa mabadiliko haya ya kufikiri pekee unaanza kuona picha tofauti na uliyokuwa unaona mwanzoni. 
Usipende kulalamika na kulaumu, badala yake chukua hatua.
Hakuna kitu hasi kwenye dunia hii kama kulalamika na kulaumu wengine. Kwa kulalamika na kulaumu maana yake unajiambia wewe huwezi kufanya makubwa bali wengine. Wale unaowalalamikia ndio unawapa majukumu ya maisha yako, mara zote utakapokutana na changamoto, hutakazana kuitatua wewe mwenyewe, badala yake utatafuta nani anaweza kuhusika. Kwa njia hii kila kitu utaona ni kigumu na hakiwezekani. Kuwa mtu wa kuchukua hatua, kama kuna kitu hukipeni kibadili, na kama huwezi kukibadili basi achana nacho.
 
Jiambie kauli chanya mara kwa mara.
Kwa kuwa mawazo hasi huwa yanakuja yenyewe kutokana na mazoea ambayo umeshajijengea, siyo rahisi kuondokana na mazungumzo haya hasi. Hapa unahitaji kutumia nguvu za ziada kuhakikisha unaondokana na mazungumzo haya hasi. Na unaweza kufanya hivyo kwa kujiambia kauli chanya mara kwa mara. Kuwa mtu wa kushukuru.
Katika mahusiano yetu na wengine, huwa tunaangalia zaidi upande hasi. Mtu anaweza kufanya mambo mazuri mengi sana, lakini akafanya jambo moja baya, tukasahau kabisa wema wake na kuangalia lile baya alilofanya. Hii ni njia inayotufanya tuendelee kuwa na mazungumzo hasi mara zote. Unahitaji kuwa mtu wa shukrani, mara zote tafuta jambo la kushukuru kwenye maisha yako na kwa wale wanaokuzunguka. Jilazimishe kupata kitu cha kushukuru kwenye hali yoyote unayopitia. Kwa kufanya hivi unajilazimisha kuwa na mazungumzo chanya ambayo yatakuwezesha kuziona fursa nyingi na nzuri.

Kila mmoja wetu huwa anakuwa na mazungumzo na nafsi yake, haya ni mazungumzo muhimu na yana mchango mkubwa kwenye maendeleo ya maisha yako. Yafanye mazungumzo haya kuwa chanya na mara zote utakuwa mtu wa kuziona fursa na kuzichukulia hatua. Jitengenezee kauli chanya, acha kulalamika na kuwa mtu wa shukrani. Ni mabadiliko madogo lakini yenye manufaa makubwa kwenye maisha yako.

Wanawake wengi warembo husalia peke yao na kufa katika hali hiyo kutokana na sababu tofauti. Wengi huwa na tabia za kuudhi hali ambayo huwafukuza wanaume walio na uwezo wa kuwaoa 

Umewahi kushangaa sababu za wanawake warembo zaidi kutoolewa? Kuna sababu tano ambazo huwafanya wanawake warembo kusalia wapweke.

Tabia mbaya-Wanawake kama hao huwa na tabia mbaya na kuhatarisha nafasi yao ya kupata mume. Wanaume wengi huwa hawapendezwi na tabia za aina hiyo hata mwanamke awe mrembo kiasi gani. Baadhi ya wanawake hao huwa na maringo sana, eti hawawezi kuosha nyumba kwa kuogopa kucha zao zisikatike. Wengine hawaju kupika na hawawezi kulea watoto kwa kuogopa kuchafuka.

What can people come to expect from a conversation, a blog post, a client or a co-worker as they learn what you’re all about?

Is your message congruent with you to inspire, convince, persuade and explain?

Your personal brand has many layers, each with a voice, style and ideas and so uncovering these layers will help you to identify those aspects of you (or at least the ones you’re willing to put out there).

What are your core values and personality traits? (A hint about the difference: A core value might be “trust” while a personality trait might be “quirky.”)

By identifying aspects of your very own personality, allows you to share them in context but knowing which ones you have is the question and it’s okay if some of these personalities are aspirational. (The person you aim to become).

Find the common threads in your stories, and how they remain the same even as other aspects of your personality change and evolve, BUT what doesn’t change for you? (There maybe overlaps).

Find a distinct pattern: one or two of your personalities may inspire and attract dream customers and maybe one or two reassure and delivers once the dream customer is interacting with you, or maybe one of your personalities is just about you – the reason you do the work that you do?

Which are the outward-facing aspects that would attract friends, readers, significant others, and potentially customers to you?

It’s time to let your personalities have their say. Every time you share content (That’s your blog posts, newsletters, reports, photos, tweets, and videos), think about which part of your personality you are highlighting – and what you want that content to do (attract / inspire or reassure / deliver).

Your personal brand is not set in stone, so it should flex and evolve with you. You will see how it all unfolds and connects over time, and if anything, just feel confident in the fact that what these personalities have in common is that they’re all at your table!! There is only one you and we are all complex so embrace who you are.

A personal brand is how you express yourself, it’s your internal self, your voice, perspective, ideas the way you express yourself through fashion, speech, art, and work – it’s really about connecting to your higher purpose and connecting to other people. Fashion and style is just the accessories that add to the outer packaging that further reinforces your authentic self.

Mentoring can be a transformative experience. Individuals develop work and life skills, businesses grow and families come closer together. But, these results are not exclusive to the mentee. Mentors also find deeper insights on life and leadership by embracing the role.

With the recent surge of interest in mentoring, particularly in business and among executives, there is an endless collection of articles, books and websites on the value of mentoring and how to be a mentor. But what makes a great mentor? YPO members (and mentors) share three fundamentals for mentoring success:

• CREATE A SAFE SPACE

“As with all partnerships, mentoring only succeeds if both parties work at it, but it helps if the mentor makes it easy for the mentee to drive the process and achieve objectives,” offers Gerhard Van Der Horst, a member of the YPO Cape Town Chapter. “The best mentors learn to listen, assist the mentees to think for themselves and create the space for this to happen.”

Being an open, vulnerable and adaptive mentor lends itself to creating an environment of trust and security where the mentee can freely express and reflect. Creating a safe haven is key to a fruitful mentoring relationship.

• LISTEN CONSCIOUSLY

“Conscious listening creates understanding,” says sound and listening expert Julian Treasure in his “Five Ways to Listen Better” TED Talk. This is a crucial part of effective mentoring — to really listen and understand.

Treasure’s guide to conscious listening includes the acronym RASA (the Sanskrit word for essence) — receives, appreciate, summarize, and ask— which echoes YPO forum protocol’s active listening model.

“A great mentor takes the time to learn about the mentee’s desires, skills and shortcomings to better help the mentee chart a path for success,” says Suzanne McKechnie Klahr, a member of the YPO Northern California Chapter.

“Mentorship is a one-on-one deeper forum experience where the shared experiences are the keys to a higher level of self-awareness,” reflects Themba Baloyi, a member of the YPO Pretoria Chapter.

“Developing active listening skills through a mentorship journey becomes a powerful force for personal change.” Richard Day, a member of the Cape Town Chapter and a mentor in the YPO Mentoring Program, explains that active listening and clarifying questions build strong relationships. “Asking the right questions helps to focus on the real issues,” Day says. “A mentor needs to try and separate the noise from the key issues.“

As natural disasters, terrorism, robberies and massacres made our planet a hell, everyone are in the urge to settle down in one of the safest places. Kwanini unapanga kufanya biashara hiyo? Au Kwanini unafanya biashara hiyo unayoifanya? Je ulikuwa umepanga kufanya biashara hiyo au umejikuta tu unafanya biashara hiyo kwasababu ya ugumu wa maisha au kwasababu huna namna nyingine? Zipo sababu mbalimbali zinazosababisha watu kufanya biashara wanazofanya. Ila katika kanuni za uchumi, ni vema unapochagua biashara uzingatie vigezo vifuatavyo:

Kigezo cha kwanza ni manufaa linganishi. Manufaa linganishi ni uwezo, ama ubora, au umahiri au upekee ulionao wewe kwaajiri ya kufanya biashara ya aina furani kwa umahiri zaidi ukilinganishwa na wafanyabiashara wengine ambao wanafanya biashara kama hiyo au watakaofanya biashara kama yako hapo baadaye.

Tuchukulie kwa mfano watu wawili wanaoishi maeneo tofauti wamepata taarifa kuwa bei ya mchicha imepanda thamani katika soko la dunia. Kati ya watu hao wawili mmoja anaishi Tanzania, na mwingine anaishi Zambia.

Mazingira ya mtu anayeishi Tanzania ni kwamba Tanzania kuna udongo wenye rutuba, kuna mito ya maji mwaka mzima, kuna mvua za kutosha, hali ya hewa ni nzuri, na sehemu kubwa ya nchi mazao yake hayahitaji mbolea. Zambia hakuna mito inayotiririka maji mwaka mzima. Hali hii ya Zambia si kwamba labda wamelaaniwa, la hasha, bali ni mazingira yao ya asili ambayo Wazambia wote wameyakuta tangu mababu na mababu.

Iwapo Mtanzania na Mzambia wataamua kutendea kazi habari ya soko la mchicha Ulaya, mwisho wa siku wote watalima mchicha.  thamani kama magari ambavyo kwa mshahara hawawezi kuvipata. Kama una ndoto ya kuwa na vitu vya 

thamani sharti ufikirie kuanzisha biashara ili kuongeza mapato. Wazo la biashara huzaa ubunifu ambao hufanya

 biashara unayotaka itokee.Ukiwa na wazo la biashara basi tafuta taarifa zitakazokuwezesha kufanya maamuzi

 sahihi. Ni vizuri wazo liwe ndani ya kitu unachokipenda na unakiweza. 

Baadhi ya taarifa muhimu ambazo unapaswa kuzitafuta ni, je biashara unayoifikiria inahitajika? Uhitaji wa

 huduma/bidhaa unagusa kundi gani la watu? Kundi hilo linaguswa kwa kiasi gani? Gharama za kuanzisha

 biashara? Je mahitaji ya wateja yatatatulika? Na je walengwa wana uwezo wa kulipia? Taarifa hizi unaweza 

kuzipata kwa kuuliza wanaofanya biashara kama hiyo, kuangalia hali halisi, kusoma maandiko, kupata ushauri

 wa kitaalam, na vyanzo vingine. Mbinu nyingine ambazo unaweza kuzitumia kupata wazo la zuri la biashara ni 

kwa kujiunga vilabu au vikundi vya kimaendeleo, kuhudhuria semina na mikutano. MTAJI WA KUANZIA

 BIASHARA Kuanza biashara kunahitaji mtaji kulingana na aina na kiwango cha biashara unachotaka kuanzia.

 Mtaji huo utatumika katika mambo mengi yakiwemo kuanzisha biashara yenyewe, kulipia pango na usajili. 

Hata hivyo mtaji hutoka katika vyanzo vingi lakini chanzo muhimu ni akiba binafsi au kukopa kutoka kwa ndugu

 au familia au mkopo. Hata hivyo inashauriwa usitumie mkopo wa benki kuanzishia biashara bali tumia mkopo

 kuendeleza biashara. Hivyo basi ni vizuri kwa anayetaka kuingia kwenye ujasiriamali kuanza kujiwekea akiba. 

Njia ni nyingi mno za kupata mtaji. ENEO LA BIASHARA Baada ya kuhusu wazo lako la biashara sasa ni wakati

 wa kutafuta eneo la biashara ambalo lazima liwe ni rahisi kumwelekeza mtu, linafikika kiurahisi, kuna 

mwingiliano wa watu, na kuwa na uwezekano wa kubandika bango la biashara yako. KUANDIKISHA BIASHARA 

Kabla ya kuanza biashara, sharti isajiliwe kwa mujibu wa sheria za nchi. Jina la Biashara Biashara sharti iwe na 

jina na inaweza kuandikishwa kama ya mtu mmoja, kampuni, ushirika au ubia. Kama biashara yako itakuwa ya 

mtu mmoja (sole proprietorship) itakupasa kufuata utaratibu huu:-

(1) Chagua jina la biashara 

(2) Andika barua kwa Mkurugenzi wa BRELA ukiomba kuangaliziwa jina ulilochagua kama halijasajili na mwingine (kwa sasa unaweza kuangalia mwenyewe kutoka tovuti: www.brela-tz.org),

(3) Baada ya jina kupita jaza fomu nambari 2 na 3 ambazo unaweza kuzipata toka tovuti ya BRELA

(4) Lipia ada ya usajili ya Sh. 6,000/= 

(5) wasilisha fomu na baada ya siku chache utapatiwa hati ya usajili. 

Kama unataka kusajili kampuni yenye ukomo (Limited Liability) itakulazimu kuzingatia yafuatayo:- 

(1) Kampuni lazima iwe na watu si chini ya 2 na wasizidi 50 

(2) hakikisha jina la kampuni utakalopendekeza liwe halijawahi kutumika katika tovuti ya BRELA: www.brela-tz.org 

(3) Andaa hati ya makubaliano (MEMARTs)

(4) Jaza fomu nambari 14a na 14b

(5) Hakikisha MEMARTs na fomu 14b zimesainiwa na wakili au mwanasheria

(6) Lipia gharama za usajili kulingana na mtaji unaoanza nao, 

(7) Wasilisha maombi yako na hati ya usajili itatolewa baada ya muda mfupi. 

JISAJILI KAMA MLIPA KODI (TIN NUMBER) Mfanyabiashara pia anapaswa kujisajili mamlaka ya kodi – TRA. Ili kujisajili unapaswa kuzingatia yafuatayo:-

(1) uwe na hati ya usajili

(2) uthibitisho wa eneo la biashara. LESENI YA BIASHARA

 Biashara zote lazima ziwe na leseni na vibali maalum ambazo hutolewa na ofisi za biashara za halmashauri ya

 Manispaa au Wilaya ya eneo la biashara yako. Baada ya kupata leseni na vibali toka maamlaka husika 

unaweza sasa kuanza biashara yako.
