Rihanna may really be feeling like she's the only girl in the world without a date to go on.
The Bajan beauty is the cover girl of the November issue of Vogue
magazine, and as expected, her interview reveals a little more about her
relations with
Chris Brown.
The two have been seeing one another since he parted ways with
girlfriend Karrueche, but it looks like Chris isn't romancing Rihanna
the way she desires.
In the interview, the desirable RiRi reveals that she hasn't been on a "real" date in over two years.
On her relationship status:
“I have not been on a date in forever. Like two years. Haven’t gone to the movies, to dinner. Zero.”
On her dating desire:
“I would love to go on a date. You don’t think that? I’m a woman. A
young woman, vibrant, and I love to have fun. And I have too many
v***nas around me at this point. Seriously, all I want is a guy to take
me out and make me laugh for a good hour and take my a** back home. He
doesn’t even have to come up. All I want is a conversation for an hour.”
But when it comes to her relationship with Chris Brown, Rihanna has made
it clear that nobody can understand what it is that goes on between the
two of them, unless they see it through her eyes. When asked if she
thinks she'll be talking about Chris Brown for the rest of her life, she
says:
“To the world, I feel like there’s no closure. There’s some obsession
that’s continued even throughout when we weren’t friends or couldn’t be
friends at all. Hated each other. The world hasn’t let go. They haven’t
seen any progress in our friendship, because they don’t see anything,
really, besides the song. But they’re not on the inside. They can’t see
what I see, unless they’re sitting in my point of view. I guess I’ll
learn to accept that.”
The first inside look that anyone got into the couple's reconciliation
was when RiRi and Chris famously collaborated on her "Birthday Cake"
remix. When asked about the effect the collaboration was going to have,
Rihanna answered:
“I didn’t think it could be anything detrimental to my career. I was on a
tour bus ride between two cities, listening to my album, thinking,
Oooh, maybe I should make this into a duet. And I started coming up with
a bunch of people, and his name crossed my mind. I thought, We haven’t
made a song in so long together . . . it could be a little shocking.”
Looks like the young couple really found love in a hopeless place, that only the two of them can decipher. Source : Vogue
